Jeffrey Harpole came to New Life in the fall of 1999. Since then, he has served as New Life's pastor. Pastor Harpole is married to his wife of 23 years, Tami. They have 4 children: Roman, Reagan, Alexandra, and Nico.

Rachele Grassick has served in the New Life Office since 2000. Rachele is married to her husband, Don and has 3 children.

Derek Lex joined the New Life team in 2011 after completing his degree at Indiana State University.

Lori Hutchings joined the New Life team in 2017. She and her husband, Larry, have been members of New Life since 2004. They have two teenage children who are active in the Youth group.

Ryan & Amanda Wallace joined the New Life leadership team in 2008 as the Directors of Children's Ministry. They have 4 children and enjoy leading your children to a closer relationship with God.

Andrew & Crystal Fisher joined the New Life leadership team in 2010. Andrew serves as the Student Pastor. They are blessed with 3 children & have a burden for the youth of our community. 

Zack & Lacy Fisher joined the New Life leadership team in 2012 as the Directors of Music Ministry. They have two children and do an excellent job leading our music team.

Alfredo & Erika Bonilla joined the New Life leadership team in 2018 as the Pastor of Nueva Vida, our Spanish Ministry. They moved from Texas after feeling the call of God to come to Terre Haute and minister to the Spanish Community.
